Here, Sean Muns from Ralph’s Wine, Gin & Tapas Bar on Hayling Island offers his secret recipe to the perfect gin-based Christmas cocktail – you’ll be throwing it together in Noël time.

Merry Ginmas Cocktail

Ingredients:
• 25ml Cointreau
• 25ml saffron gin
• 50ml cranberry juice
• Pink Prosecco
Method:
• Pour 25ml of Cointreau and 25ml of saffron gin into a mixing glass full of ice
• Add 50ml of cranberry juice and stir smoothly with a little vigour for 10-15 seconds
• Top up your mix with a small amount of pink Prosecco
• Pour into a Martini glass and serve immediately
