The Booking Office at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel provides the perfect venue for corporate Christmas parties or private celebrations. For Christmas Day, the kitchen team has pulled out all the stops, with starter choices including citrus-cured Scottish salmon, venison Carpaccio with beets, hazelnut and merlot vinaigrette and Clarence Court duck egg with ricotta ravioli and drizzled with flavourful burnt sage butter. Follow this with a classic roasted turkey main with all the trimmings plus some decadent Booking Office additions, such as foie gras. There is also a choice of West Country beef fillet, succulent herb-crusted sea bass and roasted pumpkin tortellini. The whole meal is a seasonal journey that will really make this Christmas special, and also includes a soup course, dessert and a cheese course along with tea and coffee and warm mince pies.
