The Boars Head Hotel, Derbyshire has been owned by the Crooks family since 1984, the hotel is a historic building that was originally part of the Vernon Estate. Today, the venue is a popular eatery with a warm and welcoming atmosphere – and a delicious set of Christmas menus! Carefully crafted by the new head chef, the dishes include pan-fried pheasant breasts with thyme mash and roast loin of cod with chive mash and minted-pea cream. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere and can accommodate parties up to 110, with prices starting from £18.95 for three-courses. On select Friday and Saturday’s during December there’s a resident DJ playing your requests until late (other party nights can be arranged on request).
